Hurt Locker Structure

The Sequence structure tells the story of James' brave and reckless journey through a series of bomb disposal incidents, attacks and deaths in Iraq. After James puts fear into his two Explosive Ordinance Disposal team members by his actions, sequences include: bomb disposals, James' befriending an Iraqi boy, Sanborn tempting to kill James, an attack on the Explosive Ordinance Disposal Unit, the death of psychologist Cambridge by a bomb, James attempting to find out who killed the Iraqi boy and the return of James to Iraq after a short time back in the U.S.
