| The Sum of All Fears uses the triangular antagonism between the United States, Russia and an industrialist neo-Nazi megalomaniac. The neo-Nazo initiates his plan to take over the world by having the U.S. and Russia fight a nuclear war and he pick up the pieces (assuming there would be something left). The Sum of All Fears has similar premise to Tomorrow Never Dies where industrialist megalomaniac Carver tries to induce war between the U.S. and China.
